All products are selected with rat welfare and safety in mind. We prioritise items suitable for rats and clearly indicate where products are also appropriate for other small animals.
We ship from Cheshire, UK, to customers across the United Kingdom.
We’re an online-only store and don’t offer collection or in-person shopping.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched the next working day. Faster shipping options are available at checkout.
Free standard UK delivery is available when your final order total at checkout is £30 or more after discounts. Delivery costs for all other orders are clearly shown at checkout.
